Summer Lopez is an award-winning writer and producer whose work first appeared in Sassy Magazine at age sixteen. Thirty years later, Summer is the author of three new adult romantic comedies out now on Amazon, with an audio episodic thriller releasing Thanksgiving 2019 on IGTV. Her flash fiction is coming soon to Wattpad. Summer has founded two magazines: Local Mountaineer, covering extreme sports in the 1990s, and We Are 40, pop culture essays from Gen X, currently published on Medium. A former producer, Summer has premiered three films at the Sundance Film Festival, including Pretty Dead Girl, which garnered her representation by William Morris Endeavor, and West Bank Story, which won an Academy Award. In addition to publishing, currently Summer provides literary and marketing translation services to independent authors. She holds a degree from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, and lives in Lake Tahoe with her son.
